Agreement to these terms
By using the Happy Days website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
What Happy Days is
Happy Days is an accessible travel planning platform, currently in an early pilot covering a single destination, Hunstanton. We help you record your accessibility needs and show you information about destinations and stays that may suit you.
Accuracy of accessibility information
This matters more here than on most websites, so we want to be direct about it: during this pilot, accessibility details and listings on Happy Days may be placeholder or unverified demonstration data. We do our best to be accurate, but we can't guarantee that any accessibility feature, distance, or facility described on the site is correct or currently available.
Please verify accessibility details directly with the venue or accommodation provider before you travel, especially where getting it wrong would affect your health, safety, or ability to take part.
Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it. You can delete your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.
Your needs profile
Any accessibility or health-related information you choose to share with us through your needs profile is provided voluntarily, and used only to show you more relevant information on the site. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how this data is collected, stored, and how to have it deleted.
Bookings with third parties
Where Happy Days links you to book a stay, that booking is made directly with the accommodation provider or a third-party booking partner — not with us. Their own terms, cancellation policies, and privacy practices apply to that booking, and we're not a party to that contract. We're not responsible for the accuracy of third-party listings, their availability, or the quality of the stay itself.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: don't try to break it, scrape it at scale, impersonate someone else, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
No warranty, and limitation of liability
Happy Days is provided "as is", particularly during this pilot phase, without warranties of any kind — including that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is accurate or complete. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on information it contains. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Changes to the service or these terms
As a pilot, Happy Days may change significantly, including features being added, changed, or removed. We may update these terms as the service develops, and we'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
